Hi!
I put a new news category called "Publications" in the news section. Every registered user is invited to post his/her publication or other publications that he/she finds interesting there. Here's how:
log in, click on "Submit News" in the User Menu at your left, paste the title of the publication as the title of the news, select "Publications" from the category selector, put a link (ADS, astro-ph, your website...) as "Intro Text" and the abstract as the "Main Text" of the news.
Click on the Disc symbol to save the changes. As soon as I check my Email, I will see there's new news, check them and click the "Publish" button. That's why it will last up to one day until your news appears on the website.

ps: the other news sections work just the same, so announce your conferences, meetings, workshops, new code versions, .... yourself
