Would it be possible to extend your code catalogue resource to include details of published codes which are not 'freely available'?

Hi! I put an additional page calles "Comercial Codes" which is basically empty because I'm not aware of any comercial code. Do you (or does anyone) have time to put some content and fill the table? I'd make you an editor, so you can edit the page yourself...
